Some do not use the restrictor and have it built into the shower head to prevent what you want to do. You will have to buy a new head that has a removable restrictor. : We want to increase the pressure coming out of our showerhead. I have heard about pulling a rubber restrictor on the inside, but I cannot see one through the inlet port. Any suggestions
