Oil Furnace stopped with full tank.....HELP!!!!!!!

Hi Terry, Could you tell me what is wrong with my oil operated furnace please. I just got it filled up today but it will not run. My house is freezing. It was pretty empty when we filled it if that helps at all. I don't know what to do. I f you can't help could you direct me to a site that maybe could help us.
