: Go straight up and into a gooseneck hood with a flapper on it. Make sure you leave room for cleaning out the pipe at the bottom.......Lou CAN I VENT A GAS DRYER STRAIGHT UP THRU THE CEILING, THRU ATTIC, AND THRU ROOF? ANY PROBLEMS WITH LINT BUILDUP AT BOTTOM OR TOP?
