I'm also looking for a bypass valve for a 1" whole house filter. Is there a specific valve made by Red & White for bypass. I didn't see it in the online catalog. I've also found a reference to a Watts M9500 bypass valve but can't tell if it'll take a 1 " line. Does the bypass valve not actually isolate the bypassed component and thus requires those two extra valves you mention?
