: Terry....Charlie...The cultured marble approach will give you most any size, drain location and threshold configuration that you want. If you are near a fabricator for cultured marble, check it out. In Chicago, I would expect to pay about $50 per square foot or so for one of these in a standard color choice.

: Thanks for the reply. That it doesn't exist tells me to stop looking and choose from what does exist or rethink what I want to do. I didn't know how they were made.. making a mold would be more than a bit much.

: : What you are asking for doesn't exist. When a nonstandard size is needed, I "do" reccomend either the mud set or cultured marble pans. Either one of these can be custom fit to the job. Asking a manufacturer to create a new mold for a one time sale would be a bit much. I would guess they create new molds every five years, and even then they are like the last ones. Like you say, the ripple affect creates more costs in the long run.
