It depends on its situation. If you can get the water out of it, the you may be able to resolder it or heat it, then separate the connection and then resolder it after a good cleaning. Otherwise you may have to cut it off and redo it.
: I installed a sink in my basement and have a leak where the copped comes out of the shutoff from the supply line. It's in a difficult place. Can I resolder it or do I have to cut out and replace the whole piece?
