Stripped valve seat

I overhauled my Price-Pfister three-handled shower/bath. I removed and replaced the valve seats for hot and cold without problem using a tapered valve seat tool. But the valve seat for the diverter was stubborn, and now the hole where I insert the tool is rounded out, so I can not get the seat out. Any suggestions on how to remove the seat now? (Of course, one option is to leave it, but I would like to replace it if possible).
