: Hey there....I don't know if anyone can answer this, but how involved is it to make your own surface mount sink (ie for a bathroom)...we have this really cool metal bowl that would make a great surface mount bowl style basin, and I'm just wondering what would be involved to convert this to something functional.. : Thanks
Yeah! You won't have the overflow feature of a regualar basin, but you should be able to figure out how to attach a drain pipe to the hole you're going to cut in your bowl, even if you have to solder a tail piece to the bowl. Use a trap underneath. John |
