If you cannot have copper, the CPVC is the next best choice. It has some downsides, but nothing you might notice. : I am selling a home with poly pipe. The new house built by MDC Homes have CPVC pipe for plumbing. What is the story? I don't want another hard to sell house. Please advise, I am offering a contract tomorrow.I live in the Atlanta area and these are not low priced housing.
