If you are using a braided metal tube, the rubber seal should do it. DO NOT use Teflon tape.
If the fill valve needs replacing, you can use the Hunter replacement valve linked at below

: I had a Toto Ultimate installed a couple of years ago. It's been fine. For a few weeks, though, we've had a slow leak where the water flows in to the back of the toilet from the wall (sorry, I don't know the vocabulary). We replaced the tube with a braided metal tube (the original seemed to be perhaps too short and under some tension) but it still leeks. I wonder if we will need to replace the whole valve there, which looks expensive, or whether maybe replacing the washer would do it. There is nothing visibly wrong with either the valve (eg a crack) or the washer.
