Shower surround - large gap (1/2") at bottom

Hello, I recently installed a shower surround with liquid nails adhesive. The problem is that when I made the top level this created a larger gap at the bottom seam where the caulk needs to be applied. What can I use (or do) to fix this situation? Thanks
