Bathroom remodel: Need 54x34" center drain Shower Pan?!?

Hi--

I live in Mira Mesa a suburb of San Diego, CA. My house has two back to back bathrooms. The master bathroom shower has water coming out of the wall behind the toilet so it's past time to gut the place, fix the problem and remodel.

When I measure the shower (inside measurements) I get about 32x53 inches. The guy at Home Depot suggested it was probably more like 54x34" with the wall and tile.

I can't find a replacement shower pan anywhere. There are thousands of track houses in this neighborhood all with the same stuff.

Do you know where I can find a replacement shower pan?

Someone suggested a custom cultured marble shop but it seems like a ton of $$$ for a shower pan. Someone else suggested a custom dam built out of little hex tiles seems like a lot of work and a lot of grout...

I was kinda just hoping for a pretty, funtional bathroom that doesn't leak. The ants moved in this winter.

Furthermore, the sink is 28" while all the ones at Home Depot are 30". We're on a concrete slab so moving the drains is out of the question.

Thanks! :-)
