: We are about to fit about 1000 toilets in our Housing Authority homes. We have excessive water use and intend having water saving toilets and leak sentry ballcocks installed . I would look into the Toto CST703.

I have not used The Fluidmaster leak sentry.
It is based on the Fluidmaster 400A fill valve, which has been good.
