Hello, Question for folks familiar with PVC closet fittings: Will 2x10 joists provide enough drop to place a toilet 12' from a girder that must be passed over (joists sit on top of girder)? Drain line is 3" schedule 40. Subfloor is 3/4" ply. Floor is tile on cement board. The pipe itself requires 3-1/2" (O.D.) plus 3" (1/4" per foot) equals 6-1/2" of drop. That leaves 3" below the subfloor for the closet ell. Is this enough? Rick
