Keith, Thanks. It's the whole house. But, the outside hose, which has good pressure is located right above the main shutoff valve. Direct line-of-pipe. I'm going with the thought that in draining the pipes sediment backflowed through the system clogging the pressure control valve. Over time it allows pressure to build, but once water flow is demanded by an open faucet, the blockage halts a good flow. Sediment may be from the hot water heater as I dod not drain it before attempting to drain the entire house. |
