|In response to Re: Slab leak repair|
Slab leaks are not common considering the number of houses which have copper under the floor. But they happen often enough that leak locators keep busy finding them. If it should happen your homeowner's insurance policy should cover everything except the deductible portion and the cost of actually repairing the pipe.
: I'm buying a house with piping underneath a cement slab. The house is approx. 10 years old. Is there a possiblity pipes underneath could start leaking? and how expensive is it to repair a piping underneath a cement slab?
