Well there is a couple factores you got to look at. I live in california and work here, now the code book here says that you can run 24 units off a 2 " vent (which is by all means more then a bath and kitchen) Now i assume that the 2 were close to each other. But to answer your question, Yes you can, just atleast make it a 2 inch vent.
