Little Giant makes a lot of different pumps that you can just connect a plastic hose to it and drop it in the pond. For your purposes get one that pulls water into the bottom rather than the front. : I am looking to have a water basin for my tropical lizard. He will bathe, drink, and deficate in the basin. I would like to install a small sump pump of some sort to help me drain the basin quickly every other day. : Is there a small pump that I can just drop in the basin and turn on, when I need to.
