Replacing a Sloan Quiet Flush II

The Sloan Quiet Flush II in my basement toilet recently stopped working properly. Rather than buy a replacement kit, I want to replace it with a newer more water conservation-minded flush valve. Are there any 1.5 - 3.0 gpf flush valves, and if so, are they any good? What would be a good reliable replacement? Thanks for any answers,
