i have noticed that my hot water is running ouit veryt quickly when i looked at my water heater the lower element is not always warm (sometimes it is some times its not)how can i ccheck if the element or even if the thermostat on it is bad? i was told to do it with a continuity tester but not sure how to do it. thanks for any help Brandon |
