I just installed a moen roman tub faucet. The valve kit (model 4999) that I was given from the plumbers supply store had to be assembled from 3 pieces. Now that I have it installed the cold handle needs to be rotated counterclockwise to turn on and the hot handle rotates clockwise to turn on. So basically it operates backwards from what I expected. Is there anything I can do short of removing the faucet and reassembling it to resolve this problem. Thanks |
