Libby:-- Th eT&P valve is located either on top of the tank, or on the side but close to the top. It has a little toggle handle on it and is generally connected to a drain line running out doors. Your last post mentioned water running outside............could be your T&P drain line.
Have a friend look at it for you....Bud
