Definition of Commercial Grades

In your "Report on Low-Flow Toilets", you use the terms "Commercial Grade Class 4", "Commercial Grade Class 3" and "Commercial Grade flush" in your notes on various toilets. For those of us who are not familiar with these terms, could you please explain them? Your readers would probably appreciate it if you added these definitions to your "Report on Low-Flow Toilets". Thank you.
