I've seen this problem before. Check the inside of the tank boltdown holes in the bowl. Sometimes during manufacturing an "imperfection" in the seam leaves a small opening that leaks only during flushing. All of the other remedies you've tried will repair a "constant" leak. Believe it or not it is a bowl problem not a tank or seal problem. A dab of silicon will fix this. : When the Gerber toilet is flushed. Water escapes between the tank and the bowl. Replacing gasket, new bolts, new center apparatus makes no difference? : Can rimfire outlets be plugged? How to clean? : Water flows into bowl fine. Bowl level O.K.
