|In response to Re: Hydronic Tubing Leaks|
Call 800-356-3496 and see if it is covered by their parameters. I am not sure if hydronic tubing is covered, since I was under the impression that it was not recommended for constant hot water usage.
: We purchased our home in 1991. It was originally completed around 1986. Our hydronic tubing has developed a number of leaks causing damage to wall board and requiring a number of wall replacements due to water damage and tubing repairs. The tubing is grey in color,5/8 inch outside diameter and 1/2 inch inside diameter. Sections are joined by metal fittings and bands. The tubing is marked ASTM-D 3307 and was refered to as Quest tubing. Any ideas on whether leaks will ever stop?
