You may be experiencing water hammer. One cure, would be to drain down the house, and do a refill. The home's air chambers may have filled with water. A drain down may replenish the air in the chambers. Another source of problems could be a pressure reducing valve.
In some cases, you may want to add some mini-resters at sources like the dishwasher and clothes washer.
