: Need 4 toilets for new custom home construction and want to know if the only difference between the Toto Ultramax and Carlyle is the skirting design. Is the Toto a better toilet than the Gerber in noise and flushing ability? TOTO'S IS A GREAT TOILET. MANY PEOPLE PUT ONE IN AND THEN END UP CHANGE THERE OTHER TOILETS ALSO.
