: Is it possible to "break" Cast iron sewer lines in order to attach a ABS fitting? Should it be done by a pro? what questions should i ask when getting a "pro" to do the work?

A "Snap" cutter will do it. Plumbers have them, or you can rent them.
Sometimes a carbide sawzal blade will cut them too. Terry
