On top of my gas hot water heater is a pressure relief valve which is connected to a tube which runs half way down the side of the tank. Water is dripping out at a good pace. Is this a defective valve or is there somting that I need to do to the system. Its a 15 yr old house, I've been there 5 ys and done nothing to the Hot Water heater. |
