Shower pan

I have a large shower with cultured marble on 2 sides and glass of the other 2 with a cultured marble(?) floor pan. The floor now seems to have considerable give to it making it difficult, if not impossible, to keep the sides/bottom sealed. The sides are in perfect condition. Is there anyway to remove and replace the floor pan without replacing everything?
