A quick but oh-so-temporary fix, if the pan does not have high ridges, is to get some heavy EPDM roofing membrane, cut it to fit the pan, and use a liberal amount of rubber cement to glue it to the pan. I kept an old cracked fiber glass bathtub going for about a year this way. But start planning now for a permanent replacement, and don't go with a cheap pan - as you've discovered, they are no bargain.
: Hi, wondering if anyone has any ideas for a "quick fix" of a cracked & leaking acrylic plastic shower pan. It's breaking-up & leaking into inner pan. We were thinking of floating a layer of resin (or something) in the pan. Any input is welcome. Thanks, Alan
