A good thing to do is set the base in wet mortar. This will keep it from "oil canning" when people are in it.
When you are ready to place the unit, mound several small piles of wet brick mortar on the floor. When you set the unit, the mortar will spread, supporting the floor. Get it in place and leave it alone overnight.
