That is the problem. It should be a perfect fit, unless the copper tubing has a burr on the end from the cutter wheel, in which case running a file around the outer edge should remove the burr. : Your absolutely right the O/D size on all 3" L,M and DWV is 3.125 inches. What's the easiest way to start the flange if it's not a perfect fit? The pipe appear to be round. Should I grind it down a little to get a tappered start? Thanks
