I would say that is normal. When you installed the new supply lines, they had air in them. When the water was turned on to test them, the air is just compressed into the higher branches of your piping. So infact, the only way you would have had water there was if you had had a leak and the air was pushed out.
: I ran my supply lines for my bathroom and capped them off to test for leaks. There were none. But when I removed the caps I expected to find some water but didn't. Is that normal? Or do I have another problem to deal with?
