: I have a Williams Oil furnance manufactured sometime in the 60's. the problem is it doesn't ignite properly. I can get it working by doing the following. 1. remove the assembly that the nozzle is attached to. 2. take the nozzle off the part and blow through it, creating a mist. 3. screw the nozzle back on and inserting the assembly back in position. 3. push the reset button and it come on. the problem is I've got to do this almost every day. can you help
I'd say you need a new filter and a new nozzle wouldn't hurt also.
