My water pipes in the garage generate "horrendous" water hammer every time my water softener recycles. This is the only time and place that I have the problem. I am afraid that this will eventually cause serious damage to the pipes. What can I do to stop this noise? How often should the water softener recycle? Thanks for your help. |
