You will have to get a Dresser coupling, or one of the similar ones, but will also have to get a Vitar or similar gasket for it that will stand hot water. The regular ones are usually for cold water only. : I HAVE A 2" STEEL BLACK IRON PIPE LEAKING THAT NEEDS TO BE CUT OUT AND REAIRED. I NEED SOME TYPE OF REPAIR COUPLING THAT CAN HANDLE HEAT AS THIS IS A HOT WATER HEATING SYSTEM...THREADING IS NOT AN OPTION...ANY IDEAS
