: I am replacing a toilet in my basement. The original was against the outside block wall. I have adde insulation,framing and drywall. I need to move the toilet out farther from the wall. Phil, A standard toilet rough-in is 12" from the center of the drain, to the wall. Nonstandard rough-ins are 10" from wall and 14" from wall. Terry
