I can have the City of San Jose install a Universal Rundle Atlast ULFT in my house for $50. Is this a good toilet or will I be reflushing and plunging at mentioned in your low flow toilet report (and many friends experience). This is a gravity toilet, not FLush Mate. Thank. |
