Both of the subject stores in my areas carry white plastic square water catch pans for under the washing machine (cost under $25). : I've never seen a waterpan large enough for a washer or dryer. However, you could try a sheet metal company. Give them the dimensions you want the pan built and I'm sure they can help you. You'll need to drill a hole in the side or bottom of the pan to accomodate a fitting so that a pipe or hose could be attached to.Marty
