Copper. CPVC has a much smaller bore in the pipe so to get the same capacity, you would have to oversize the plastic piping compared to copper. I have seen CPVC pipe and fittings break in the walls and ceilings. : If you had to repipe your home and had to choose between copper piping and CPVC, which would you choose and why? It's a single family home, on a slab, and I believe the water is fine (ie. not harsh). Appreciate any/all comments.
