Gerber Aqua Saver

I am at the point of installing a Gerber Aqua Saver 21-762 (which I have all ready bought) in my new home. I have read about many problems with the Gerber 21-702. I assume the 21-762 is a newer model, but has it solved the problems of the older model, such as weak flow, constant running, premature parts failure, etc.? If not, I would rather change toilets now before installation than ripping the toilet out later.
