An epoxy grout may bond to the old grout and not have a problem. A conventional grout needs the deep penetration in order to not crack out. : I have badly discolored white grout on my ceramic floor. I want to change the grout to a darker color. : Can I scrape some of the old tile off and regrout over the old grout?
