The bottom rail probably has caulking underneath it. Force in something like a butter knife at one end (all the way under and through) and start moving it along. Takes quite a bit of pressure.

There aren't supposed to be any screws down there, but I've run into them before. I'm sure it's just the caulking though. Tough stuff.
