Getting help from the company can be difficult and near impossible. I recomend changing the gasket on the tankless coil, it will be difficult expect to spend 4 hours. Sometimes just loosening the bolts and moving the coil around will place the existing gasket in the right position. The companies engineers didnt think of the positioning of the gasket in the design. Most are flat gaskets theirs is a flat gasket pushed into a tapered hole that is why their are leaks. just make sure the tech puts a shut-off valve on the domestic supply, so he can fill the boiler and check for leaks without having to solder the coil piping back in place.
