3 foot tub, where do I get one????????????

Hello all

I saw a 3 foot bath tub featured on "HomeTime" with Dean Johnson.

I am turning a tight closet into a full bath (I hope). I can make this a full bath instead of just a half...IF I can find a 3 foot tub. I am in Detroit Michigan. Any advice is appreciated.
