Loop vent, island vent, or yoke vent. They are all the same thing. If the window in your example is a pass through then the loop vent could only extend to the bottom of the countertop the same as in an island vent. The configuration is the same the difference is in the measurements. And the measurements will be constrained by the job site parameters.

: A loop vent and an island vent are 2 completely different things. A loop vent extends 6'' above the flood rim of the fixture being served them ties into the vent stack. An island vent extends as high as possible (height of drain board minimum) then turns down with a 45, a 1/4, and another 45, in that order. It then extends below the floor where it ties into the drain with a combination fitting.A foot vent ties in with a combination fitting just above the drain and continues to the nearest wall. It then extents through the roof or ties into another vent 6" above the flood rim.
