There is water dripping out of the relief valve at the bottom of the heater where the pipe is open. It is a Reese 40 gal tank located in an outside utility room. It does have an insulation blanket. Didn't notice the leak until winter began. It is 8-10 yrs old, should the water heater be replaced? |
