New Bath Upstairs INSTALL Question?????

I am adding a full bath to my unfinished up stairs. I plan on connecting the toilet and tub to the 3" vent line which comes from the downstairs 1/2 bath below. The toilet connection is aprox. 4" below my tub drain inlet. Does anyone forsee any problems? Thanks,
