Worry about the crack! Call the builder and have them fix it, don't do it yourself. The crack will worsen, leak water under the tub, and damage the woodwork and draw vermin, bugs and other such nastee stuff taht you'll believe the 90 dollars is cheap. : We have a newly built (2 yrs) home and I noticed while cleaning the 'garden tub' that there is a pretty large surface crack in the bottom. I called the builder and they said that it's commom (so I'm assuming that the tub is low quality) and they would : send someone out to fix it for 90 dollars. I've seen on other home improvement sites that I can get some Expoxy from a plumbing store to fix it. Would you recommend this, or should I not worry about a surface crack? : Thanks!
